Ion exchange equipment

Hybrid ion exchangers are mainly used for deep desalination after RO reverse osmosis equipment。Because it often requires chemical acid-base regeneration, the operation is complex, and it is gradually replaced by EDI electrical separation technology。

Common process:

One: raw water → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → positive bed degassing tower → negative bed → mixed bed water point

Two: raw water → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → security filter →RO film unit → ultraviolet sterilizer → pure water tank → pure water pump → mixed bed → precision filter → water point

According to user requirements and process characteristics, the main material of the ion exchanger can be selected as composite material, carbon steel or stainless steel material。


Ultrafiltration equipment

It is a membrane separation process based on the sieve separation principle and the pressure as the driving force, and the filtration precision is 0.005-0.In the 04μm range。It can effectively remove particles, colloids, bacteria, microorganisms and polymer organic substances in water。It is widely used in the separation, concentration and purification of substances。

The ultrafiltration process does not need to change, works at room temperature, is particularly suitable for the separation of heat-sensitive substances, and has good oxidation resistance, can be used for a long time under 60 ° C, pH 2-11 conditions。

Ultrafiltration equipment is widely used in medical sterile non-thermal raw water equipment, food and beverage, drinking water, mineral water purification, industrial separation, concentration, purification, industrial wastewater treatment, electrophoretic paint, electroplating oily wastewater and other fields。
